Elayne Britain is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and site reliability. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Karat since April 2019, Elayne has contributed significantly to the creation of a browser-based coding environment for technical interviews and developed a service for code auto-completion. Previously, Elayne held roles such as Senior Site Reliability Engineer and UI/Full Stack Engineer at RealSelf, focusing on container infrastructure and full-stack development, respectively.
