Louis du Pisani

Louis du Pisani is an experienced software engineer and technical leader with a diverse background in software development and consulting. Since March 2025, Louis has been a Contract Software Engineer at Omnicell, focusing on RFID-based kiosk devices for hospital stock management using technologies such as Ionic and Angular. As the Director of TeamRev since April 2023, Louis provides consulting services for building efficient software development teams. Louis has a significant role as a Technical Interviewer at Karat, having conducted over 2800 interviews for prominent companies. In addition to these roles, Louis has served as Staff Competency Lead at Luno, where leadership involved collaboration across teams for a global user base of over ten million. Past experiences include positions at Integrove, Counterpoint Dynamics, Britehouse, First National Bank, Sybase, and Lower Quartile Solutions, showcasing a strong foundation in mobile and web applications, technical leadership, and project management. Louis is also pursuing further education at Griffith University and RMIT University.
