Mala S. currently serves as Chief People Officer at Electronic Arts (EA) since November 2016 and is a member of the Board of Directors and Advisor at Karat. Additionally, Mala is an Executive Advisory Board Member and HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital, focusing on new technology companies in Workplace, Healthcare, and Financial Tech sectors. Involvement with Girls Leadership includes roles as an Advisor and National Board Member. Previously, Mala was on the Board of Directors at Sovos Brands during its successful acquisition by Campbell's. Past roles also include Chief People Officer at Minted and various senior HR positions at EA and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where substantial contributions to HR functions and organizational development were made. Education includes a Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and participation in the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
