Andy Kennedy possesses extensive experience in building safety and compliance, currently serving as Assistant Director of Building and Customer Safety at Karbon Homes since May 2016, where previous roles included Head of Compliance and Karbon Solutions Service Manager. Prior to joining Karbon Homes, Andy Kennedy worked as Support Services Manager at ISOS Housing Limited from May 2011 to May 2016 and held the position of Property Services Manager at Castle Morpeth Housing Association for over a year. Earlier career stages included roles as Chartered Building Surveyor at Robertson Simpson Ltd and Senior Building Surveyor at The Building Maintenance Company. Andy Kennedy began the professional career as a Building Surveyor at Gateshead Council in 2001. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Building Surveying from Northumbria University, obtained in 2001.
