Graeme Helliwell

Graeme Helliwell has extensive experience in housing management, currently serving as a Housing Officer in the Income Management Team at Karbon Homes since April 2017, following the organization’s evolution from Milecastle Housing and Isos Housing. Previously, Graeme held a similar position at Isos Housing Group starting in January 2009, focusing on rent and recharge recovery and contributing to the implementation of CRM processes. Prior experience includes serving as Resource Director at WellWork Ltd and as a Team Leader at Fairbridge, where Graeme provided personal development programs for young people. Educational achievements include a CIH Level IV from the Chartered Institute of Housing and a Bachelor of Science from The Open University, along with various professional diplomas emphasizing management and human development.
