Leanne Murray

Leanne Murray currently serves as a Community Connector at Karbon Homes, focusing on community engagement in Consett and surrounding areas. Previously, Leanne held the position of Community Volunteer Coordinator at Silver Talk, organizing events for individuals over 50. At Mer, Leanne worked as a Customer Service and Support Executive, and prior to that, Leanne dedicated two decades to The AA in various roles including Complaints Representative and Engagement Lead, where responsibilities included employee communication, collaboration with management on third-party agreements, and fostering staff engagement initiatives. Leanne began a retail career as a Retail Specialist at House of Fraser and holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Teesside University, with ongoing studies in Effective Business Communication at The Open University.
