Philip Pollard

Philip Pollard is an experienced professional in the housing and community engagement sectors with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for Durham Cricket Foundation and Willow Burn Hospice, as well as a Corporation Governor at New College Durham, Philip Pollard has also been an Assistant Director at Karbon Homes since January 2021. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Byker Community Trust and Head of Financial Wellbeing at livin Housing, where responsibilities encompassed housing management, customer service, and financial inclusion.
