Erin Hayes

Erin Hayes is a seasoned professional in analytics engineering with extensive experience in leading data science and engineering projects. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Karbon since August 2022, Erin has previously held roles including Senior Analytics Engineer at Replicated and Principal Analytics Engineer - Consultant at Modern Data. Key achievements include the development of lead-stage classifiers, LTV models, and the automation of offline conversion data for marketing platforms. Erin has also maintained multiple ELT data stacks, conducted brand holdout tests, and implemented BI tools. Prior to specializing in analytics, Erin worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in both Canada and Australia and took a planned career break to travel globally while working as a chef on a sailing yacht. Erin holds a Machine Learning Nanodegree and a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity, along with a Business Administration degree from Acadia University.
