Nathanaël Arnera has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathanaël'smost recent position was as the Head of Customer Care at Kard, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Frichti for several years, serving as the Head of Customer Experience from January 2020 to December 2022. Nathanaël also held roles such as Live Operations & Customer Support Manager, Live Operations Team Lead, and Customer Care Team Lead during their time at Frichti. Before Frichti, Nathanaël founded and worked as a Software Developer at Buterfly.io from October 2015 to March 2017. Nathanaël also founded an app called xiit, which aggregated various transportation options and provided navigation guidance. Additionally, they worked as a Lead Project Manager at TheFamily, where they organized events and participated in business development activities. Lastly, Nathanaël co-founded Propind.com, an online debate platform, in November 2011.

Nathanaël Arnera attended the Université de Montréal from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Political Science and Government. In 2013 and 2014, they also attended the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, focusing on Computer Science. Prior to that, they completed their Baccalauréat in the Scientific field at Lycée Jeanne d'Albret from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Nathanaël also obtained a BAFA Éducation à la paix certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale.
