Eytan Rechter

Mr. Rechter is one of the founders of Kardan N.V.

Currently, Mr. Rechter is CEO and Director of the separately listed company Kardan Israel Ltd., and holds board positions in several of its subsidiaries. He is also the Chairman Of Kardan Vehicles Ltd (Avis Israel) and the Chairman of Kardan Communications Ltd. (Israel).

Mr. Rechter is a member of the Supervisory Board of Kardan NV's water infrastructure company Tahal Group International since 2008. Mr. Rechter has extensive knowledge of the Kardan Group.

Mr. Rechter is married, has five children and three grandchildren.
