Leesa Schipani, SHRM-SCP is a Partner at KardasLarson focusing on developing and delivering strategic HR solutions. Leesa is also a Board Member at CT Manufacturers Resource Group. Previously, Leesa was the CEO/Owner of their own consulting company specializing in organizational development strategies. Prior to that, Leesa worked at Brooks Brothers as Director of Learning and Organizational Development. Leesa has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University.
