D.ali Yasacan

D. Ali Yasacan, Ph.D., currently serves as the General Manager at KARDEMİR since January 2024. Previously, D. Ali Yasacan held the position of D-CTO at Posco Assan TST from May 2020 to February 2024 and directed the Istanbul Production Complex at MMK Metalurji from June 2010 to May 2020, where responsibilities included executive management of various departments and membership on the Management Board. Earlier experience includes roles as Acting General Manager and Technical Director at Borusan Engineering and extensive positions at Erdemir, advancing from Cold Mill Operation Engineer to 2nd Cold Mill Manager over a span of 17 years. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Istanbul Technical University, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field from Middle East Technical University.
