Karl Desouza

Karl deSouza has over 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region, currently serving as Regional Director for New Business in North East Europe and Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Kardex since November 2012. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development for South Asia at EDAG Holding Sdn Bhd and Head of Business Development at Lotus Engineering, where Karl also worked as a Project Manager on a full vehicle design project. Early career experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Ricardo Consulting Engineers from 1996 to 2000. Karl holds an MSc in Automotive Product Engineering from Cranfield University and a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The University of Salford.
