Lydia Tytgat

Lydia Tytgat has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner and Global Process Owner HR at Kardex since July 2014, where responsibilities include implementing Workday HCM globally for 2,500 employees and serving as HR Business Partner for France. In addition, Lydia leads HR strategy in the South West Europe Region, overseeing initiatives related to people development, employee performance, and recruitment for 200 employees. Prior to Kardex, Lydia held various HR roles at Buhler from June 1989 to June 2014, including Global Human Resources Business Partner, where expertise involved supporting business growth in customer service through the implementation of training programs and HR initiatives.
