Shad Berry

Shad Berry's work experience began in 2000 at Memphis Communications Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of the Mailing Solutions Division until 2011. In 2011, they joined Downline Ministries as the Chief Operating Officer before becoming the CEO and Executive Director in 2014.

In the same year, Berry also co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Sage Hill Counseling until 2019. In 2014, they founded DRIFT Fly Co., a company that produced fly fishing apparel and gathered a loyal following.

Berry became a Partner at Edmundson.g in 2020, and they are currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Kardia Collective, a role they have held since 2014.

Shad Berry completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management from The University of Memphis between 1997 and 2000. In 2012, they began studying at Bakke Graduate University, specializing in the Theology of Work & Faith/Work Integration. The end date of their study at Bakke Graduate University is not provided.
