Shad Berry's work experience began in 2000 at Memphis Communications Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of the Mailing Solutions Division until 2011. In 2011, they joined Downline Ministries as the Chief Operating Officer before becoming the CEO and Executive Director in 2014.
