Byron Lewis currently serves as the Process Design & Sustaining Engineering Lead at Kardium Inc. since September 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at Greenlight Innovation Corp., where responsibilities spanned Value Stream Lead, Production Supervisor, and Manufacturing Engineer from February 2020 to August 2025, with a focus on production systems development and continuous improvement projects. At Latecoere Aerostructures Canada, Byron held the position of Program Manager from October 2015 to January 2020, managing defense aerostructures programs and customer communications in a compliant facility. Previous roles also include Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer Co-op positions at Jastram Engineering Ltd., and a Test Engineer Co-op role at AFCC Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation Corp. Byron’s career began with a Lean Promotion Office Co-op position at ASCO. Byron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2015.
