Rich Klinger

Rich Klinger currently serves as the CEO of Karillon Corporation since October 2020. Prior to this role, Rich was the VP of Engineering at Treehouse Design, Inc. from September 2016 to October 2020 and directed electrical engineering at Scientific Applications and Research Associates from September 2010 to June 2016, specializing in custom solutions for the defense and homeland security sector. Rich's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Principal Design Engineer at Qualtre, Inc., Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, and Analog IC Design Engineer at Intel and Ford Microelectronics. Rich began a career in engineering as a Production Test Engineer at Hamilton Standard and served as an Avionics Technician in the USAF. Rich holds dual master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, earned between 1992 and 2000.
