Hemant Rupa Salvi has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. In 2005, they began their career as a Project Engineer at Pyrotech Workspace Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Hemant Rupa Salvi completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota between 2000 and 2004. Hemant Rupa then pursued a Diploma in CAD & CAM from CADD Centre Training Services Private Limited between 2004 and 2005. In 2010, they completed a Product Portfolio Training in Machine Tools from TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG. In 2014, they finished Sales Excellence & Negotiations Training from Mercuri goldmann.
