Esron Binsar Panjaitan has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles and positions. Esron Binsar started their career as a Personnel Officer at Novotel Palembang Hotel & Residence in 2006. Esron Binsar then progressed to become a Human Resources Supervisor at the same company. In 2008, they moved to ASTON Bali Resort & Spa, where they served as an Assistant Human Resources Manager. From there, they held positions such as Human Resources Manager (Pre Opening Team) at ASTON Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center and ASTON Pontianak Hotel & Convention Center. In 2011, they joined Novotel Bali Benoa as a Human Resources Manager. Esron Binsar then worked for Discovery Hotels & Resorts as a Corporate Assistant Human Resources Manager. In 2013, they became the Corporate Human Resources & Training Manager at GrandmasHotels.com. In 2014, they joined GARUDA INDONESIA GROUP as an Executive Manager of Human Capital. Their most recent position is Regional Head of Human Resources at Karma Group Global, where they have been working since 2017.
