Maurizio Valentini

Maurizio Valentini is an experienced food and beverage manager currently serving as the F&B Manager at Karma Group Global since March 2019, overseeing operations at Borgo di Colleoli Resort and managing the restaurant I Secoli. Previously, Valentini held positions such as Sous Chef at the Michelin-starred Ristorante La Pineta and Pastry Chef at Hotel Bologna, along with various roles in prestigious establishments like Gelateria Dei Coltelli and multiple Michelin-rated restaurants. Maurizio's culinary education includes a degree in Restaurant Management from Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu Firenze, complemented by studies at the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
