Mona Bartholomay

Mona Bartholomay is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in owner relations management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Villa Owner's Relations Manager at Karma Group Global since July 2017, Mona is responsible for managing relationships with villa owners and overseeing all aspects of owner relations, legal documentation, insurance, and financial control. Prior to this role, Mona held various positions at a-ja Resort und Hotel GmbH from June 2012 to April 2017, progressing from Assistant Corporate F&B and Product Manager to Corporate F&B and Product Manager, where responsibilities included procurement, concept development, system maintenance, and operational standardization. Additional experience includes service management at Toni Alm and F&B management at A-ROSA Kitzbühel, as well as foundational training as an apprentice at Kempinski Hotels. Mona holds a degree in hotel management from Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch.
