Sebastian Moeller has over a decade of work experience in the hospitality industry. Sebastian currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer Europe at Karma Group Global, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Head of Finance Europe / Business Manager Europe for the same company from September 2019 to October 2021.
Before joining Karma Group Global, Moeller held various financial positions at different companies. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Hotel Financial Operations at Capella Hotel Group from 2016 to 2016, and as the Director of Analysis & Control from 2014 to 2016.
Moeller has also held finance leadership roles at Dorint Maison Messmer Baden-Baden, Raithwaite Hall, and The Cambrian. Their earliest position in the industry was as an Accounting Clerk at Berlin Marriott Hotel & The Ritz Carlton, Berlin in 2007.
Sebastian Moeller pursued their education in business administration from 2008 to 2014 at Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they studied to become a hotelfachmann at Berlin Marriott Hotel.
