Deniz Orga

Deniz G. Orga-Gerber, MRICS, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Swiss Prime Anlagestiftung and Chief Investment Officer for Europe at Swiss Prime Site Solutions, focusing on building the international portfolio of this affiliate of Swiss Prime Site AG. Deniz has an extensive background in real estate, serving as a lecturer at Hochschule Luzern since 2010 and holding leadership roles such as Chairman of the Board and Founder at Epsilon Capital (Switzerland) AG and CEO of SEG Solutions SA. Previous experience includes positions at Corestate Capital AG, Lone Star Funds, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers, with a strong emphasis on investment analysis, real estate transactions, and distressed asset management. Deniz holds a Master's degree in Economics and Capital Markets from the University of St. Gallen, a degree in Real Estate from the University of Regensburg, and is a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
