Makarand's several years of software consulting experience in several fortune 500 companies with in-depth Technical knowledge prompted him to form Karma Solutions Inc. back in March 2002. He aims to progress his company with the same principles it was build on practicing Karma's in the business world.

Makarand still helps the team to design and implement the software using the most cutting edge technologies and thrives to always exceed karma's customers expectations.

He has worked as Software Engineer, Architect at Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, AIG, Prudential, Paragon computer professionals and several other companies.

He holds Degree in Masters of Engineering from Old Dominion University, VA, USA. He has total experience of 20+ years covering several industries from Engineering, Financial and Insurance to the Government sector.
