Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith is the current Chief Pharmacy Officer at Karmanos Cancer Institute. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. Prior to their current position, Stephen served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Crittenton Hospital and St. John Health. In these positions, Stephen was responsible for managing inpatient pharmacy services, outpatient retail pharmacy services, and 340B DSH experience. Stephen is a highly experienced and respected leader in the pharmacy industry.

Stephen Smith has a MS in Hospital Pharmacy Administration from Wayne State University and a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Michigan.
