Yara Rashad

Yara Rashad is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Sandbase since October 2023, Yara previously held the position of Human Resources Director at KarmSolar beginning in May 2019, where previous roles included HR Manager. Earlier experience includes HR Manager at out of z box - The Storytellers from February 2018 to April 2019 and several positions at Abou Ghaly Motors, progressing from HR Specialist to Senior HR Generalist and finally HR Supervisor between December 2012 and January 2018. Yara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from The British University in Egypt, completed in 2012, and a Thanawya Amma from the International School of Egypt.
