Elizabeth Kelly has more than 40 years of experience leading technology implementation, training, and program management, with expertise in education, healthcare operations, program management, the World Trade Center Health Program, business transformation, and organizational change. For the last three years, she has served as the Program Manager for the World Trade Center Health Program Support. She previously served in a similar function with CSR/CSRA/GDIT, a result of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010. There, she led the implementation and operations of the Member Services, Medical Management, Claims Operations, and Call Center Operations.
Before her work with the World Trade Center Health Program Support, Liz led numerous Business Transformation projects for private and public sector clients.
Liz was the Project Manager of Training in US Army Logistics Modernization. She headed a team of over 50 educators to develop and deliver SAP training to Army specialists in the Missile and Transportation Commands. She implemented a Learning Management System to schedule and track course delivery. Ms. Kelly also created and led a Project Management Office for Nextel International to deploy Packet Data Services in 5 countries, where she created and tracked an Integrated Master. As a Business Process Architect for a significant redesign of Merck Pharmaceutical’s Drug Development process, Ms. Kelly managed development teams using Agile methods to implement a Statisticians Workbench, Clinical Trial Data Collection Application, and a Regulatory Authority Correspondence Tracking tool.
Liz began her career with AT&T developing Network Management Systems for High-Speed Digital Facilities, including the first fiber optic facility deployed to the US Northeast.
Liz has a Certificate of Executive Leadership from Cornell University. She holds a BS Mathematics & Computer Science from St John’s University Notre Dame College and an MS Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Later, she returned to both St. Johns and Stevens to deliver courses in Mathematics and Computer Science. She also taught Computer Science Courses for the University of Maryland on US Military Bases in Germany.
