Nithin Chakki

Nithin Chakki has a diverse range of work experience in various sectors. Nithin started their career in 2012 at STUDIO WHITESPACE - SWS Bangalore, where they worked as a Senior Associate. Nithin'sresponsibilities there included project conceptualization, fundraising presentations, revenue forecasting, content development, and social media outreach.

In 2016, Nithin joined the Centre for Science and Environment in New Delhi as an Air Pollution and Mobility Research Intern. Nithin conducted legislative analysis on air pollution, participated in stakeholder meetings, and contributed to the mapping of air emission standards across India.

Later in 2016, Nithin worked briefly at the Green Foundation - India, focusing on agripreneurship and community seedbank projects.

From 2016 to 2017, Nithin worked at UNDP as part of the Energy for Development team. Nithin assisted in the development of knowledge systems for the International Solar Alliance, prepared reports on solar activities globally, and researched financing solutions for solar technology deployment.

In 2017, Nithin joined iDeCK - Infrastructure Development Corporation (Karnataka) Ltd. as a Deputy Manager. Nithin played a key role in the project management of Smart City mission projects in Karnataka and coordinated infrastructure projects across multiple states.

Nithin then moved to Invest India in 2018, where they held the positions of Asst Vice President and Senior Innovation Manager. Nithin managed National Science Missions and engaged with science departments, drafted finance proposals, and facilitated consensus building between ministries.

Nithin'smost recent position, starting in 2022, is at Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) as an Asst Vice President: Head- Beyond Bengaluru, where they oversee operations and strategy beyond Bengaluru.

Nithin Chakki began their education in 2005 at Bangalore Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2009. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at an unspecified university, completing it in 2014. The following year, from 2014 to 2015, Nithin Chakki attended the National Law School of India University and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law.
