Sanjeev Kumar Gupta has an extensive work experience, starting in 1998 with the Government of India, where they served as Director/Deputy Secretary until 2008. Sanjeev Kumar then joined IBM as an Executive Government Program until 2011. Following that, they worked at Accenture as a Managing Director from 2011 to 2016. Afterwards, they joined Microsoft as a General Manager for a year until 2017. In 2018, they became the MD & CEO of Lahari, a Government of India initiative, where they worked until September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) from August 2022 onwards.
Sanjeev Kumar Gupta attended Banaras Hindu University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Statistics. Sanjeev Kumar later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007. In addition to these qualifications, Sanjeev also pursued a Master of Science degree in Statistics from Delhi University; however, the specific start and end years for this program are not provided.
