Jeff Newman

Jeff Newman currently serves as the President of Karney Properties Co., a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff Newman was with IDS Real Estate Group from September 2006 to November 2022, where responsibilities included capital markets, investment management, asset management, reporting, and compliance as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President - Investments. Jeff Newman also served as Executive Vice President at NLI Properties from 1992 to 2006, overseeing capital markets and investment management, including portfolio management and joint venture relationships. Jeff Newman holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lehigh University.
