Neil Holden

Neil Holden has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Neil is currently working as the Head of Packaging and Supplier Quality at Karo Pharma since April 2022. Prior to that, from January 2017 to March 2022, they owned and operated NH Management Consulting AB as an Independent Business Owner.

Before starting their own consulting business, Neil held various leadership positions at Oriflame Cosmetics AB and its India branch. From January 2016 to December 2016, they served as the Vice President of Business Projects. From January 2014 to December 2015, they held the role of Vice President of Packaging and NPD Process. Neil was also Vice President of Supply Chain and NPD, Asia, at Oriflame Products - India from July 2011 to December 2013.
