Johan Lundström

Johan Lundström is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of psychology, currently serving as a Professor at Karolinska Institutet since February 2009, where research focuses on the human olfactory system and neural processing. Lundström has held several roles at Karolinska Institutet, including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, and serves as a Senior Academic Advisor to the Smell and Taste Clinic at Karolinska University Hospital. Additional advisory roles include serving as a Senior Academic Advisor and Director of the Stockholm University Brain Imaging Centre from January 2018 to December 2023. Lundström has also contributed to the Monell Chemical Senses Center and the University of Pennsylvania as an Associate and Adjunct Assistant Professor, respectively.
