Lucie Mandile

Lucie Mandile is the Director of Karos Enterprises at Karos, a position they have held for 3 years and 7 months. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Customer Relations, Director of Development, and Regional Director for the Southwest region of France. In their current role, Lucie is responsible for mobilizing employers to generate engagement and develop carpooling as a commuting option for employees. Lucie also oversees the Sales and Project Management teams to ensure the success of our employer partnerships.

Before joining Karos, Lucie was the Commercial Sales Manager at BMW PELRAS TOULOUSE, where they were responsible for working with businesses that wanted to improve the mobility of their employees and reduce their carbon footprint. With Karos, they help businesses implement an innovative, efficient, and measurable approach to mobility. The company is committed to improving the mobility of its employees, their comfort, and their purchasing power, and to promoting responsible and sustainable mobility on a regional level.

Karos’ mobile app uses cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology to provide users with a unique and simple experience. Drivers don’t have to announce their trips, and passengers don’t have to look for drivers – they’re automatically matched based on their upcoming trips!

Lucie Mandile has a Master's in Marketing and Sales from Grenoble IAE, which they completed in 2008-2009 while working at Arval. Lucie also has a degree in Commercial Function Management from Grenoble IAE, which they completed in 2006-2008. Finally, they have a DUT in Marketing from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, which they completed in 2004-2006.
