Erik Strand is a Senior Analyst at Karp Strategies, where responsibilities encompass developing strategic plans for city governments in New York and Massachusetts to enhance affordable housing and economic development through community engagement and mixed-methods research. Additionally, Erik supports the New York City Mayor’s Office of Efficiency in designing customer experience plans for various city agencies.
