Scott Berry

Scott Berry has extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Scott served as the Senior Vice President at San Joaquin Valley Mortgage, where they oversaw and operated the day-to-day operations of mortgage lending. Scott has knowledge of various lending channels, including conventional, FHA, VA, and down payment assistance programs. During their time there, the company originated over 100 million dollars in loans each year. Prior to that, Berry was the Vice President at Karpe Real Estate Center, where they were responsible for the private money division. Scott managed a loan portfolio of over 80 million dollars, originating loans for various real estate properties such as single-family residences, multi-family buildings, commercial properties, mobile homes, land, and special use properties.

Scott Berry attended California State University Bakersfield from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology.
