Peter Liang

Peter Liang has extensive work experience in various technology leadership roles. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Karpel Solutions since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at TAGG Logistics from August 2021 to April 2023. From November 2019 to August 2021, Peter worked as the Vice President of IT at Together Credit Union. Before that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Omnigo Software from October 2017 to August 2019, where they were a member of the executive management team. Peter also served as the Vice President of Software Development at Aclara from March 2015 to October 2017, playing a crucial role in the company's software development strategy. Peter has experience as the Director of Software Development at CenturyLink from September 2012 to March 2015, where they transformed the organization and fostered a start-up culture. Prior to that, Peter was the Senior Manager/Director of IT at Express Scripts from March 2011 to September 2012, leading various software development and support initiatives. Peter also worked at Mastercard as a Leader and Manager from May 2007 to March 2011, overseeing online eCommerce products and corporate IT infrastructure. Peter began their career at AT&T as a Technical Architect from September 2001 to May 2007.

From 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science.

Prior to that, they attended Kansas State University from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.

From 1992 to 1995, they studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they completed their postgraduate studies in Polymer Materials.

Their undergraduate studies took place at Tongji University from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
