Joe Hofstetter P.E., CEM is a seasoned professional in building performance and sustainability, currently serving as Principal and Associate Director at Karpinski Engineering since January 2014. With prior experience as a Project Development Engineer at Johnson Controls within the Building Efficiency Division, Joe specialized in energy-based performance contracting from January 2008 to January 2014. Joe's career at Karpinski Engineering began in 2002 as a Project Engineer focusing on energy analysis and sustainable design, concluding in December 2007. Academically, Joe holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with concentrations in Thermodynamics and Management from the University of Dayton.
