Tolga Bayav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Operations Director for Asia at Karpowership, Tolga oversees operations across multiple countries including Malaysia and Indonesia. Previous roles include Vice President and Director at Tekfen Holding, and Business Development Director at Çalık Enerji A.Ş., focusing on power and oil sectors in Africa, Iraq, and Russia. Additionally, Tolga held senior positions in various companies including KAYI Construction and DOĞUŞ İNŞAAT, emphasizing international business development and construction project management in Africa and the MENA region. An alumnus of Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi with a degree in Civil Engineering, Tolga boasts over 19 years of experience at ENKA İnşaat, managing significant construction projects in Russia and the CIS.
