Nathan Paine is an experienced commercial litigator currently serving as a Shareholder on the Executive Committee at Karr Tuttle Campbell since August 2016. With a strong background in representing individuals and businesses in state and federal courts, Nathan Paine specializes in intellectual property litigation, handling cases related to design and utility patent infringement, trademark and copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation. Prior to this role, Nathan Paine was a Member at Van Kampen, Paine & Crowe PLLC and worked as an Attorney at Rohde & Van Kampen and Rao & Pierce, PLLC. Nathan Paine earned a JD in Intellectual Property from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and holds a degree from Wesleyan University.
