Terry Smith

Terry Smith has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Beginning in 2000, they worked as an Estimator at Live Oak Construction for seven years. Terry then joined TCI as a Drywall Division Manager from 2007 to 2010. Following this, Terry worked at Live Oak Construction again as a Vice President from 2010 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they joined Karsten Interior Services as an Estimator and Project Manager. Terry then switched to Performance Drywall, LLC as a Division Manager in Houston for the year 2020. In 2020, they also started working at RHODES DRYWALL & PAINT, LLC as an Estimator and Project Manager, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Terry is the Head of Project Management at Karsten Interior Services.
