Mustafa Saruhan Hati̇poğlu

M.Saruhan Hatipoğlu graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance and Economics in 1963. He was a civil servant in the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in 1963-1964, an inspector in the Turkish Pension Fund in 1964-1972, Head of Subsidiaries, 1976-1978 Deputy General Manager at TC Tourism Bank, 1978-1980 Deputy General Manager at State Industry and Workers Investment Bank, 1980-1981 Consultant at the Ministry of Industry and Technology, 1981-1984 General Manager at TC Tourism Bank

He served as Deputy Director and Member of the Board of Directors. He resigned from his duty at TC Turizm Bankası in 1984 and continues his consultancy activities, which he started as an independent consultant in the field of Hospitality Investments and Management, with SH Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, which he founded in 1993 and still manages as the company manager. He served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors in their company between 06.04.2012 - 06.03.2019. He was re-appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors on 10.02.2021.
