Stefan Kjaer

Stefan Kjaer currently serves as an Executive Board Member at SK Rapid, focusing on various topics within the Organization Committee since November 2022. Previously, from December 2012 to August 2025, Stefan held the position of Site Leader Europe and VP People at IXOPAY, dedicating efforts to People Management following a successful M&A process and company growth. Stefan's tenure at IXOPAY also included roles as Chief People Officer and Chief Communication Officer, where responsibilities encompassed promoting a productive work environment and overseeing corporate communications and HR initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of kiwi suite GmbH and various management positions at Inqnet GmbH, including HR-Director and HR & BD Manager.
