Manjunath Nagarajan

As a Director in the Karsun Innovation Center (KIC), Manjunath Nagarajan, drives the KIC team to discover and implement new capabilities in emerging technologies and engineering using lean methods. He promotes capabilities developed in the innovation center horizontally across the organization catering to various government agencies. He enjoys solving customer problems using the skills and experience earned by launching, implementing, and managing complex, large-scale IT programs with multiple customers across private and government sectors, both domestic and international. He has led world-class teams globally with diverse organizations providing innovative technological solutions in the Reinsurance, Biometric, and Mortgage domains.

He joined the company as Karsun Innovation Center (KIC) Director in 2020. Manjunath holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Kuvempu University, a Master’s degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
