Hala Ayala

Hala Ayala is an experienced IT and cyber security professional currently serving as a DHS IT Project Manager at Karthik Consulting since December 2021. Previously, Hala worked as the Cyber Security Compliance Team Lead at EGlobalTech from November 2017 to December 2021, supporting the TSA ITSSS Program. Hala's career began with the U.S. Coast Guard, where service spanned from January 1999 to March 2017 as a Cyber Security Specialist and EEO Mediator/Counselor Liaison, contributing as the Assistant Information Systems Security Manager and overseeing the management and support of 130 Coast Guard assets.
