Michael Aube

Michael Aube has a diverse work experience in the field of solutions architecture and engineering. Michael started their career as a Sr. Solutions Engineer at Computer Associates in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Michael then joined Composite Software as a Sales Engineer from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Michael worked as a Solutions Architect at 10gen, where they provided technical support for pre-sales activities and represented the product to customers. Michael then moved on to Hortonworks in the same year, working as a Solution Engineer and later as a Sr. Solutions Engineer - Big Data, Public Sector. At Hortonworks, they focused on integrating Hadoop with existing data center technologies.

From 2016 to 2019, Michael worked at MapR Technologies as a Solutions Engineer and later as a Sr. Solutions Engineer. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the field of solutions engineering.

In 2019, Michael joined Docker, Inc as a Sr. Solutions Engineer and worked there until 2020. Michael then joined Karthik Consulting as a Sr. Solutions Architect from 2020 to 2021. After that, they worked at Aerospike, Inc. as a Solutions Architect from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Michael is working at Yugabyte as a Principal Presales Engineer since 2022. Michael is responsible for providing technical solutions to customers and driving sales.

Michael Aube attended Bellevue East Senior High School from 1977 to 1980 and obtained a High School Diploma with Honors. After that, they enrolled at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1980 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
