Laís Iafelix

Laís Iafelix has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Laís started their career as an intern at Page Personnel in 2010 and worked there until 2011. Laís then joined Havik Executive Search in 2012 as a Researcher. In 2013, they moved to EXEC - Executive Performance where they worked as a Senior Research Associate until 2015.

Afterwards, Laís joined Raízen as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they worked at Cabify as a Pride & Talent Business Partner focused on the Technology and Product teams, responsible for implementing the HR Consulting model.

In 2019, they joined MAPFRE as a Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Specialist. Laís'sresponsibilities included managing talent acquisition and global mobility processes.

Currently, Laís is working at Karvi as the HR Manager for Brazil and Argentina starting from January 2022. Additionally, they hold the role of HR Manager for Brazil, starting from February 2023.

Laís Iafelix completed their post-graduate studies in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their undergraduate degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they completed between 2007 and 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Laís obtained the following:

- People Management certification from TestDome in September 2022.

- Certification in Leadership, Learning Capacity, and Resilience from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in August 2021.

- Certification in Communication and Public Speaking from Escola Conquer in August 2021.

- Executive Certification in Business Development, Leadership, and Networking from FIA ONLINE in July 2021.

- Certification in High-Value Professional Competence Development from FIA ONLINE in July 2021.
