Swapnil Agarwal

Swapnil Agarwal is a seasoned real estate executive and investment professional with extensive experience in asset management and property management. As the Chief Executive Officer of Nitya Capital and KPM Property Management since March 2013, Swapnil has led Nitya Capital in managing approximately $2.5 billion in affordable housing assets across the United States and has grown KPM's portfolio to over 16,000 multifamily units across multiple cities. Additionally, as a Co-Founder and Board Member of Itus Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd since September 2016, Swapnil has contributed to the asset management and hedge fund sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Forum Partners from 2005 to 2013, where Swapnil focused on real estate investments in the Asia Pacific region, along with earlier roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at Simmons & Company International and an intern at Banc of America. Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by studies at Houston Christian University.
