Lisa A. Dipaolo

Lisa A. DiPaolo is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Executive Women In Bio, Boardroom Ready Member at Women In Bio since August 2023 and as the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. since September 2022. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ipsen (April 2018 - August 2022) and various leadership positions at Biogen, where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources for Global Therapeutic Operations & Medical and Head of Global Executive Search. Prior experience encompasses significant human resources roles at Smiths Medical, Novartis, and Pfizer. DiPaolo holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Montclair State University.
