Shijie Tang

Shijie Tang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data sciences and biostatistics, currently serving as Vice President of Data Sciences at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. since March 2017, leading functions in biostatistics, data science, and statistical programming. Previously, Shijie held leadership positions at Belmont second soccer as Executive Director and Assistant Soccer Coach, as well as various roles including Associate Director at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Associate Director at Infinity Pharmaceuticals, and Principal Biostatistician at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Shijie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
