Simon Davies

Simon Davies currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Data Sciences and Biometrics at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2025. Prior to this role, Simon held several senior positions at Takeda, including Senior Vice President and Head of Data & Quantitative Sciences, R&D, and Vice President of Statistical & Quantitative Sciences, R&D. Simon also served as a Board Member Observer at Koneksa. Additional experience includes significant leadership roles at Pfizer, AbbVie, and Johnson & Johnson. Simon's educational background includes a PhD in Statistics and two Master's degrees, one in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and another in Statistics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Swansea University.
